Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and development projects across the country. It means pooling your capital with other investors to access opportunities that, on your own, would be difficult to reach.

Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is complete and the defined objectives are met, the returns are distributed among all participants proportionally to their contribution.

Returns are paid to the Colombian bank account you register, after each milestone defined in the collaborative financing contract.
